Returns

Returns are accepted:

SUPADOPE DELUXE take exception when garments/accessories have been worn/used beyond what is seen as acceptable.

If garments are returned due to them being ill-fitting, you are within your rights to return the item(s) and exchange for a different size.

The same is true if you are not happy with the style/quality of any garment/accessory.

An exchange or full refund will be issued upon inspection of any goods sent back to SUPADOPE DELUXE.

Information relating to returning purchases:

1. Make sure you send any purchases back with labels attached and the original packaging.
2. Clothing with any damages and/or marks, which were not there when inspected prior to being posted out from SUPADOPE DELUXE, will not be accepted.
3. Customers will be contacted prior to SUPADOPE DELUXE sending any purchases back that are not acceptable upon inspection.
4. Returns postage will not be reimbursed if/when a refund is issued.
5. SUPADOPE DELUXE does not charge for postage when sending any items which are exchanged or returned to sender upon inspection.

If you would like to return any item please fill in the returns sheet in your original package.

When exchanging an item, please make that known on the returns sheet and be sure to let us know which size you would like as a replacement.

It is so important to us that you receive the best looking piece for your wardrobe, so please understand that we will do everything we can to get it right for you.
